Lisa Eller, LMT, discovered Pilates as a dancer and student and quickly saw the benefits that a continued Pilates practice made in her performance and injury prevention.
As a well-known local massage therapist, Lisa understands the body and how movement and recovery are essential to a life well lived. She has spent the last 30 plus years exploring how to care for and enjoy living in a body through the forms of dance, yoga, and Pilates. She believes and practices that in order to thrive and feel alive in our bodies we must care for them with regular movement, attention to how they work, and relaxation methods.
Posture Studio has been an essential part of Lisaβs personal and professional self-care by helping her stay strong and understand functional movement as a dancer and Massage Therapist over the years.
Lisa joined Posture Studio in 2021 and has quickly developed her own style while bringing her wealth of knowledge to the group of fantastic teachers.
In addition to being a licensed Massage Therapist, Lisa has a BS in Dance from Skidmore College. When not at Posture Studio Lisa can be found at Lisa Eller Bodies In Balance or around town with her daughter.
