Your comfort and safety is our top priority.
We have 2 studios located at 218 West Main Street on the Downtown Mall. Please check in at the studio facing the parking lot before your session.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Check in at the front desk and make any appropriate payments.
Depending on CDC requirements, masks may or may not be required. Refer to the notice at the front desk.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please don't come into the studio until you are symptom free at least 10 days after testing positive. Please do not come in if you have finished your 10 days but are still showing symptoms. You must be symptom free to enter the studio.
Take shoes off and place them in the available cubbies.
Be mindful of your voice level if there are other sessions in progress.
Turn off all electronic devices that could cause distractions.
Please respect all staff and fellow students at all times.
No conversations about anything that could be polarizing while in the studio.
The studio is a safe, inclusive space for EVERYONE.
Clients may arrive 5 minutes early to use a mat and stretch out or use a foam roller. If the studio is full, please wait until there is space available. Note that we do not allow unmonitored use of the Pilates or Rope Wall equipment. Before approaching the equipment, please ask your instructor or wait for your session or class to begin.
CLOTHING ETIQUETTE
Wear appropriate clothing. Choose clothing wisely in order to avoid any ‘malfunctions’.
MEN: If you wear shorts, please wear tighter athletic shorts underneath any baggy shorts.
Sticky socks are encouraged. Socks that are not sticky may not be worn during workouts due to the danger of slipping.
FOOT ETIQUETTE
We do allow bare feet in the studio.
If you have any issues with your feet that could be contagious, socks are required.
We sell socks at the front desk.
CLASS RULES
Take note of any prerequisites before registering for classes.
During class, pay attention to your instructor’s directions and be mindful while participating in any session at the studio. Please treat the equipment with care.
After class, wipe down all equipment that was used and put the equipment back together so it is ready for the next class.
Your instructor may use hands-on queuing to help you achieve proper form. If you are uncomfortable being touched, please let your instructor know.
PRIVATE SESSION RULES
Please fill out all waivers and new client information before class.
If you do not feel comfortable being touched during queuing, please let your instructor know.
Let your instructor know of any injuries or issues that are currently under the care of a medical professional.
If you have an injury, please contact the studio with at least 24 hours notice in order for us to assess if it's appropriate for you to come to your session.
If you arrive to the studio with inflammation from an injury, we will not be able to see you.
CANCELLATIONS
Please give the studio 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
Cancellations not made within the 24 hour window will be charged a cancellation fee.
We do not charge fees in cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances.
